Mushrooms can be cultivated with sawdust, cottonseed hull, waste cotton, rice straw, bagasse, corn cob, corn stalk, peanut hull, bean stalk powder, cotton stalk powder and other raw materials. However, in order to obtain high-yield and high-quality cultivation effect, appropriate amount of auxiliary materials such as bran, rice bran, gypsum and calcium superphosphate should be added. The following are several commonly used formulas and their preparation methods.

(1) 98% cottonseed hull and 2% lime. Dissolve lime in a proper amount of water, spray it evenly on the cottonseed hull, while spraying water, step on it and stir it until the cottonseed hull contains a proper amount of water evenly.

(2) 98% straw and 2% lime. Grow the rice straw into 5cm, soak it in 1% lime water for 5-6h, and then take it out and drain it, and then die-sow it.

(3) 89% sawdust, 1% lime and 1% wheat bran. Mix the dry materials, add water and stir evenly until the water content is about 6%.

(4) 9% corncob powder, 9% rice bran and 1% lime. Mix the dry materials, add water and stir evenly until the water content is about 65%.

(5) corncob or cornstalk. Crushed raw materials are soaked in clear water or 1% limewater for 1-2 days, and then are fished up and drained, and then can be paved into mushroom beds and sown in layers.

(6) 78% of peanut hulls and stalks, 2% of bran, 1% of gypsum and 1% of sugar. Firstly, the peanut shell and peanut stalk are dried and crushed, and the sugar is dissolved in a small amount of water and mixed evenly with the dry materials, and then clear water is added and mixed evenly until the water content is about 58%.

(7) Bagasse 5% ~ 69%, sawdust 3% ~ 49%, lime 1%. First, mix the dry materials evenly, then add clear water and mix them evenly until the water content is about 65%.

(8) Bean stalk powder 33%, cottonseed hull 33%, sawdust 32%, calcium carbonate 1%, sugar 1%. Dissolve sugar in a small amount of water and mix it with dry materials, then add clear water and mix well until the water content is appropriate and uniform.

among the above eight formulas, except formula (2), the other seven formulas are best to ferment the culture materials first, and then bag and sterilize them for clinker cultivation, which can achieve the effect of increasing production and income.
