Ingredients: 30g lily, 5g ginger, 4g salt, 30g vegetable oil, 500g loofah, 10g green onion, 3g MSG.
Method:
1. Peel the loofah, wash and cut into thin slices; soak the lily in water overnight to remove impurities and wash; slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections.
2. Heat the wok over high heat, add vegetable oil, when it is 60% hot, add ginger and green onions and saute until fragrant. Then add loofah and lily and stir-fry until cooked, add salt and MSG and serve.
