(1) Both summer-heat syndrome and summer-heat dampness syndrome occur in summer, with symptoms such as persistent sweating, upset, dry mouth and greasy fur. However, due to the different seats and characteristics of aircraft, it is necessary to distinguish them. Summer heat syndrome refers to feeling the evil of summer heat, lying on the muscle surface, intense fever, thirst, yellow fur and wide pulse. However, the syndrome of summer-heat dampness is a combination of summer-heat dampness. Etiology: muscle surface, spleen and stomach, low fever outside, heavy head and light body, chest tightness inside, and rapid pulse. Although my mouth is dry, I don't drink much, and the coating is greasy but not so yellow. Whether the etiology is wet or not determines the difference of disease location and symptoms between the two syndromes.
(2) wind-cold exterior dampness syndrome and summer-heat dampness syndrome. Because the syndrome of wind-cold exterior dampness is on the muscle surface, and there is stagnation caused by damp pathogen, there are symptoms such as low body heat, heavy head, tiredness and greasy fur. It is quite similar to the muscle surface symptoms of summer-heat dampness syndrome, so it is necessary to distinguish them. Wind-cold exterior dampness syndrome is common in rainy season, especially for people who work near the water or underground. Because wind-cold-dampness evil is mixed with muscle surface, headache and body pain are obvious, aversion to cold is severe, and there are no symptoms of spleen and stomach, which is obviously different from summer-dampness syndrome, which is characterized by abnormal spleen and stomach transport and rare head and body pain.
