1. This is the beef in the sauce.
2. Slice the eggplant.
3. Slice the beef, dice the ginger and garlic, mince the green onion and chop the green pepper.
4. Stir fry the ginger and garlic in hot oil, then add the eggplant and stir fry.
5. Add the sauce.
6. Add the sliced beef (there are also some potatoes that come with the beef sauce) and stir-fry.
7. Add the chili peppers and stir-fry to bring out the spicy flavor.
8. Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion to turn off the fire.
9. Serving.

No sauce can be replaced with soy sauce.
