method of work
(1) peeled cabbage into leaves, washed and drained, and red pepper washed and shredded for later use.
(2) Peel the cabbage leaves into pieces by hand, add salt and marinate for 1 hour to soften them, and then pour out the salt water.
(3) Add sugar, white vinegar and shredded red pepper, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.
(4) Put the stinky tofu into a hot oil pan and fry it at the oil temperature of 170℃ for 6-8 minutes.
(5) The skin is crisp and swollen to be golden yellow, and then the oil can be picked up and drained.
