1. Method 1:

2. Method 2:

Ingredients: 400 grams of ribs, 300 grams of taro, 5 grams of onions, 5 grams of ginger, 5 grams of garlic, 1 gram of salt, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, raw 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 2 grams of sugar, and a little coriander.

Wash the taro, shred the green onion, slice the ginger, and smash the garlic.

Wash the ribs, put them in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, skim off the floating residue, remove the ribs, and rinse with water.

Put the pork ribs into a large bowl, add onion, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Put the ribs on top of the taro.

After boiling the water in the steamer, add the taro ribs and steam over medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
