Champagne is a region of France, located at 0/45 km northeast of Paris. The sparkling wine produced in this area is called champagne, and only three kinds of grapes are selected: Chardonnay, Meniere Pi Nuo and Black Pi Nuo, because the soil in champagne area is chalky soil, which is very suitable for the growth of these three kinds of grapes.
Sparkling wine was invented by the French monk Dan Perinon in the17th century. Carbon dioxide will be produced in the process of wine fermentation, but the carbon dioxide of the first fermentation is not needed. When the wine fermentation is about to be completed, add the grape juice carefully prepared by the winemaker and seal the bottle. Grape juice is fermented in the bottle for the second time and becomes champagne.
You know, as long as it is not produced in the champagne area, no matter how good the quality of sparkling wine is, it can't be called champagne! It can only be called sparkling wine, but each country also has its own name. For example, Italy has Prosek, and Spain has its own slips with good quality.
