Methods
(1)Wash and cut the carrots and cabbages into shreds.
(2) Cut pork into julienne strips, put half a spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoonful of salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
(3) Heat oil in a hot pan, add shredded pork and stir-fry until browned.
(4) Add shredded carrot and cabbage, add ? tsp salt and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
