Lean Braised Pork
The kids and hubby don't like panko brisket, they think it's too fatty. This lean pork version is made for them. It's not too fatty, not too fatty, and a big plate isn't enough for them to eat every time.
Ingredients:pork front pork, soy sauce, salt, sugar.
Practice steps:
First step. Separate the lean meat from the fat meat and cut the lean meat into cubes.
Second step:Blanch the fat and lean meat.
Step three. Put the fatty meat in a pot and refine the oil. Refining this much oil is enough for cooking. Do not burn the fatty meat.
Step four. Stir fry the lean meat with some sugar, half a spoon.
Step five. Stir fry the sugar with two spoons of soy sauce.
Step six, deep fry for color.
Step seven. Transfer to a pressure cooker and drain. The water is four or five centimeters higher than the meat. It doesn't matter if the water is more. You can avoid drying out the cookware. Gas the pressure cooker for ten minutes and then turn off the heat.
Step eight. When the gas disappears pour the gas from the pressure cooker into the sauté pan and reduce the juice over high heat.
Step nine. The soy sauce is salty, so you can taste it. Do you want salt in it?
Step 10, the finished product, the lean meat is not firewood at all.
