2, the legal basis: "Green Food Label Management Measures" Article IX
Application for the use of the green food logo of the product, should be consistent with the "Chinese People's *** and the State Food Safety Law" and "Chinese People's *** and the State Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law" and other laws and regulations, in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Trademark Office within the scope of the approval, and have the following conditions:
(a) product or product raw material origin environment in line with green food origin environmental quality standards;
(b) pesticides, fertilizers, feed, veterinary drugs and other inputs used in line with the green food input use guidelines;
(c) product quality in line with the green food product quality standards;
(d) packaging and storage in line with the green food packaging and storage standards.
Two, how to apply for a green food certificate
1, the applicant to fill out the application for use of the green food label, in duplicate, reported to the provincial green food management department,
2, the provincial green food management department entrusted through the provincial measurement certification of environmental protection monitoring organizations, the product or product raw materials of the origin of the environmental assessment,
3 The provincial green food management department will conduct preliminary examination of the application materials and report the qualified materials to China Green Food Development Center (CGFDC).
4. China Green Food Development Center (CGFDC), together with authoritative environmental protection organizations, will conduct examination of the above materials. 5. China Green Food Development Center will carry out a comprehensive review on the products that have passed the quality and hygiene tests and sign the agreement on the use of the green food label with the qualified applicants.
