Sweet potato porridge
Sweet potato porridge promotes body fluids, quenches thirst, detoxifies alcohol and lowers blood pressure. 1 Prepare the ingredients and wash the sweet potatoes.
2 Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, wash the rice and soak it in water for a short time.
3 After boiling the water in the pot, add a few drops of oil, put in the soaked rice over high heat and bring to a boil.
4 Pour in the diced sweet potatoes and bring to a boil over high heat again.
5 Pour in the diced sweet potatoes and bring to a boil over high heat again. Stir occasionally. After about 20 minutes, the porridge will be cooked and soft.
Tips:
When cooking porridge, put the rice under boiling water or drop a few drops of oil to prevent the rice from sticking to the pan.
