1. Use a knife to remove the meat along the abalone shell, and then use a brush to brush away the dirt around the abalone.
2. Put the washed abalone back into the shell, place it on a plate and put it in a steamer. After the water boils, steam for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Do not throw away the steamed water in the plate.
3. Cut the abalone into thin slices for easy consumption. Put the slices back into the shell and place them on the plate.
4. Mince the garlic and cut the pepper into small pieces. The pepper should be slightly spicy. Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add hot pepper, the soup from the steamed abalone plate, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar, simmer over low heat until thickened, and pour evenly on the four abalones.
