Steamed egg custard
Raw materials: three fresh eggs
Seasoning: salad oil 1 tbsp, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, pepper, a little green onion.
Methods: ①Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well to make an egg wash.

: Ingredients
Flour, eggs, milk, white vinegar, sugar.
Practice
