Ingredients: avocado 1, 4 cherry tomatoes, corn (fresh) 1, 20g canned tuna, carrot (red) 1, 4 okra, salt 1g, a little black pepper and a little salad dressing.
1. Boil water. After the okra is cut with a knife, add carrots and corn and cook for about 2 minutes.
2. Pick it up and put it in a bowl.
3. Dice the cherry tomatoes and avocados and put them in a bowl.
4. Add salt and sprinkle a little black pepper and mix well.
5. Stir well and put in another bowl.
6. Add tuna and squeeze in salad dressing.
