Practice of Danggui Lycium barbarum pigeon soup
1. Wash the pigeons after they are released and put them into the pot.
2. Add ginger slices, shallots, angelica and water, cover the pot and steam in a large pot.
3. Turn the fire to low heat and steam for about 2 hours (depending on the size of the pigeon).
