The real Korean teppan tofu is white tofu with chili sauce, supplemented by green onions, scallions, soy sauce, cilantro, salt, MSG, iron plate, and tinfoil. Cut the white tofu in half and put it in boiling water. Add some salt to the water, copy it out, take it out and put it on the iron plate (tinfoil on the iron plate to put the tofu). Put oil in a wok, fry the chili sauce first, put green onions, scallions and cilantro (diced) into the wok and fry with the chili sauce, add a little soy sauce and MSG, then take it out of the wok and put it on top of the tofu. Put the sauce-dipped tofu on the fire and cook it on an iron plate. In this way, Korean style teppan tofu is ready.
