Ingredients
Scallion roasted sweet chili 200 grams, 1/2 onion, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger, a little oil, 100 cc of water, 1 tbsp of Korean hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Methods
1. Slice onion; set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of oil, then fry the onions in a low heat to make them crispy.
3. Leave a little oil in the original pan and sauté onion slices, garlic and ginger for 1 minute, add water and all the seasonings and sauté for a while, then add green onion roasted sweet chili and sauté until the broth dries up.
