As a senior with working experience in the functional department of Beihai College of Art and Design, I think our job is mainly to provide support and services for the school. Our functions involve many aspects, including enrollment, educational administration, student management, finance, administrative logistics and so on. In these areas, we all have professional and skilled skills and knowledge, and always pay attention to the latest developments in their respective fields.

In my opinion, coordination is an important point in the work of functional departments. We need to work closely with all departments of the college to achieve the goals and tasks of the school. In addition, we need to communicate well with students and faculty, respond to their needs and feedback, and ensure the smooth operation of the school.
