Ingredients: black fish fillet, ginger, garlic and onion.
Exercise:
1. Add salt and pepper to the fish fillets.
2. Grab the cooking wine, starch and oil evenly.
3. Stir-fry shallots, ginger and garlic in hot oil.
4. Pour in the fish fillets and fry until slightly yellow.
5. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce.
6. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.
7. Add onions and stir fry.
