A dozen shrimps can be thawed in cold water for 10 minutes, then the pasta is cooked on the other side, and then the tomatoes and shallots are cut. In this way, a plate of delicious fresh mixed pasta is low in calories and nutrients, and the rich tomato juice tastes more appetizing. Here I share with you:
Tomato and shrimp pasta is prepared in advance: green shrimp 10 tomato, 2 shallots, more than half of rice wine, black pepper, salt (marinated shrimp), 50 grams of vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, tomato sauce, chopped parsley and rosemary.
The first step is to prepare the necessary ingredients. Onions can be hard-skinned or purple-skinned, and more than half is enough. If you like the taste of tomatoes, prepare two tomatoes in advance. Boil the water in a hot pot, pour in a spoonful of salt, add spaghetti bolognese, simmer for 10min, then cover the pot and simmer for 5min. Boiling 10min can boil spaghetti, and stewing for a while can make spaghetti softer and easier to digest and absorb juice.
The second step is to cook spaghetti on the kitchen stove here and gradually solve various ingredients on the other side. Peel the shrimp from the shrimp line, grab it evenly with a spoonful of rice wine, a little salt and black pepper, and marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, bring it to a boil, then pour in shrimps, stir fry quickly until it fades, and set aside. After the shrimp is served, the remaining small amount of oil can slowly fry the onion slices.
Step 4: Then pour in the chopped tomato pieces, press them with a shovel, and stir-fry the tomato juice. Pour in 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and a proper amount of salt. If you have chopped parsley and rosemary at home, you can also add some spices to let the fragrance come out. This spice is used by me to make biscuits or noodles with miso, so I can't keep it.
Step 5: Add the fried shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then pour in the cooked spaghetti, stir with wooden chopsticks and cook for 2 minutes to let the juice fully melt into the spaghetti. If you like to fry the sugar dry, just boil it for a while. Spaghetti can't be stewed, but I like soup, so I can enjoy it!
