Roast Chestnuts with Chops
Ingredients: Chestnut Chops, Ginger, Garlic, Star Anise, Cinnamon and Scallions
Seasoning: Wet Ingredients
1. In the pot Pour 20 grams of oil, add pork ribs and stir-fry, add ginger, garlic, star anise and cinnamon, pour in wet ingredients and stir-fry evenly;
2. Add 800 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add chestnuts, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes ;
3. Reduce the juice over high heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve.
