Steamed beef
Ingredients: beef tenderloin, white radish, shredded ginger, onion, pepper, oyster sauce, salt, raw flour and peanut oil.
1. Slice beef tenderloin along the horizontal lines, add salt, pepper, oyster sauce and shredded ginger and stir well.
2. Take another one and mix it with raw flour and water to make a slurry. Add beef several times and stir until the raw flour water is completely absorbed. Finally, add a little peanut oil to lock the moisture in the beef.
3. Peel and shred the radish and put it on a plate. Spread the beef flat on the plate and wait for the beef to marinate for half an hour.
4. Put a proper amount of water in the pot to boil, add the marinated beef, cover the pot, and steam over high fire for 12 minutes.
5. Open the lid and sprinkle with chopped green onion to finish this steamed beef.
The secret of success: choose local fresh beef tenderloin and slice it along the horizontal line. Beef and pork are cut in the opposite way. The raw powder water should be added in several times. After the water is boiled, put it in a pot and steam it over high fire.
