Generally, there are two ways to preserve pizza embryo:
Baked and preserved:
If pizza embryo is not used that day and needs to be preserved, it can be fermented and baked in the oven before being preserved. Adjust the oven to 2 degrees Celsius, put the pizza embryo in the oven, and after 15 minutes, you can see that the pizza edge is baked golden. Then put the baked pizza embryo in plastic wrap, seal it and put it in the freezer.
When the pizza embryo is needed, take it out of the refrigerator, put sauce, cheese, etc., brush honey water on the edge of the cake, also adjust the oven to 2 degrees Celsius, put it in the oven, and you can eat it in about 1 minutes.
Preservation of raw cake embryo:
Put the pizza embryo into the freezer after fermentation, put it into plastic wrap or fresh-keeping bag after freezing, and keep it in the freezer after sealing.
When the pizza embryo is needed, take out the frozen raw pizza embryo in advance and put it aside for a while. After the pizza embryo softens, brush the oil in the pizza tray in the oven, put the pizza embryo in, press the pizza embryo into a thick and high shape by hand, and punch holes evenly with a fork in the middle. After that, add the sauce, brush honey water on the edge of the cake, and bake the pizza embryo in the oven.
