8. Mix the seasonings evenly, pour in the peanuts and stir fry quickly, so that the peanuts are coated with syrup.
9. Add dry starch and stir fry quickly, so that the starch is wrapped in peanuts with syrup, and turn off the heat.
10. The peanuts wrapped in syrup in the pot will stick together, and gently pat them open with a hand shovel.
