Hibiscus, genus Hibiscus. Deciduous shrubs or small trees. Leaf margins are bluntly serrate, both surfaces are hairy. Flowers are borne singly in the axils of leaves at the ends of branches.

Water hyacinth is also called water lily. Water hyacinth stems and leaves hanging over the water, stem creeping on the water surface.
