Steamed potato ribs
Ingredients: 1 rib chop, 2 tablespoons of steamed meat seasoning, 2 potatoes, a teaspoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce,.
Special Steps:
Cut the ribs into small pieces, rinse and drain well. Season with 2 tablespoons of flour steamed pork (supermarkets sell flour steamed pork seasoning packets), and add the appropriate amount of oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce and mix well to marinate for 10 minutes to taste. Peel the skin off the potatoes, cut into small pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch and prevent the potatoes from oxidizing and turning black. Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes, or place in a rice cooker/pressure cooker and steam for 10 minutes.
Steamed Meatballs with Horseshoes
Ingredients: 200g of front leg meat, 6-8 horseshoes, 3 mushrooms, 1 tbsp each of oyster sauce and cornstarch, moderate amount of oil, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp of cooking wine.
Specific steps:
Skin the front leg meat and chop into minced meat. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms and chop them into minced pieces. Prepare 6-8 horse hooves, peel off the outer skin and set aside. The hoof is chopped, and chopped front leg meat, mushroom minced into a bowl, respectively, add oyster sauce, starch, cooking wine, oil and moderate salt to taste. Season the meat mixture and marinate for a while.
