Baked sweet potato in oven

Detailed steps:
① When selecting sweet potatoes, we try to choose the ones with the same size and thickness. The long ones are easier to cook.
② The oven is preheated to 220 degrees Celsius. Rinse the sweet potatoes with clear water, and at the same time, brush all the gaps in the sweet potato skin with a towel gourd brush, and rinse them with clear water.
③ Dry the water on the surface of sweet potato with kitchen paper, or use a clean ordinary kitchen rag. The sweet potato skin is basically not dripping.
(4) spread a layer of tin foil in the baking tray. I'm used to putting the dry sweet potato on the tin foil with the matte side up, and spread it out as far as possible without overlapping.
⑤ The oven temperature is still set at 220 degrees. The setting time is about 60 minutes. If it is a round sweet potato, it should be baked for 10 minutes. About half an hour or so, the whole house has already smelled a rich and sweet smell!
