It is recommended to roast ground meat with plum beans as follows:
1. Wash the cowpea and soak it in cold water for about 5 hours. Take it out and drain it for later use.

3. Add the method 1 fructus mume and water to the pot of method 2 until boiling, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes, then add the dried kelp buds and cook until the taste is good.
