China’s four major fish species:

Herring, grass carp, silver carp, and bighead carp.

1. Black carp. Also called black grass carp, it looks like grass carp.

2. Grass carp. Also called catfish, it is a typical herbivorous fish.

3. Silver carp. Also called white chain, its shape is similar to bighead carp and it is good at jumping, so it is also called jumping silver carp.

4. Bighead carp. Also called silver carp, the body is like silver carp, but the head is much larger than that of silver carp.
