Ingredients
Chaotian pepper (or red pepper) 1 pound of bean drum 1 bowl of rock sugar 1 tablespoon of soy sauce paste 100ml of soy sauce 100ml of salad oil 1 bowl of sesame oil 1/2 bowl
Method

Wash the peppers, drain them and remove the stems.

Cut into coarse grains.

Put the oil in the pan (add the two kinds of oil together). The oil should not be too hot to avoid burning the peppers and producing a bitter taste. The oil must cover the peppers and stir-fry them over low heat until they are gone. Moisture (without bubbles), about 10 to 15 minutes.

Add the bean drum, continue to stir-fry, add rock sugar and stir-fry until melted.

Continue to stir-fry until the sauce is even, turn off the heat and continue to stir Stir-fry for 2 minutes to avoid burning due to residual heat.
