Prepare an iron pot, half a pot of sand and raw peanuts with shells.

Mix the shelled peanuts to be fried with sand and put them in the pot.

Fire, if you are on a gas stove, use a 2 cm high burner. If you use a pot, you should pay attention to adding wood slowly, not too much. Stir-fry, constantly turning sand and peanuts with a shovel.

Stir-fry for about 20 minutes and taste the raw and cooked peanuts. The peanuts that have just been fried won't be crisp, so just taste the aroma of the fried peanuts. Don't fry the peanut shells until they turn yellow, so the peanuts will be burnt. When the aroma of peanuts stops, continue to stir fry with residual temperature for about 10 minute.

After frying, classify the peanuts, pick them out of the sand and let them cool. Peanuts will be crisp and fragrant.
