1. Electronic scale:
An electronic scale with a minimum measurement unit of 1g and a measuring range of 5kg can meet our general household needs.
2. Measuring cup & measuring spoon:
These two tools are used when weighing liquid materials and small amounts of powdered materials. When using it, you only need to measure the ingredients according to the dosage requirements in the recipe. It is very convenient to use.
3. Egg beater:
There are two types: electric and manual. For general liquid materials, you can use manual. If you need to beat egg liquid, butter and other materials, you will need to use it. On to the electric egg beater. However, some electric egg beaters are equipped with an additional mixing hook. Note that this set of hooks cannot beat dough, but it can be used to stir thicker materials, such as batter and meat fillings.
4. Powder sieve:
There are mainly two types: hand-held sieve and cup-type sieve.

5. Spatula & Brush:
