The first step is to boil the water, put it in a clean container, add salt and let it cool (be sure to let it cool itself).

Remove the flowers from the bracken head and wash Mao Mao (I washed it about five times).

Then find a container for bracken, put it in a circle, add the prepared cold salt water, seal it for a week and eat it.
