Ingredients: lean pork 150g yam 250g.
Methods/steps
1 peeled yam, washed, blanched to remove mucus, and sliced for later use.
Wash the pork, cut it into thin slices, and then beat it with starch.
Boil the stock, then add the sliced meat and cook.
4 When the fire boils, the floating foam should be skimmed continuously during the boiling process.
Add yam, salt and monosodium glutamate, cook for a while, put it in a soup bowl and pour a few drops of sesame oil.
Matters needing attention
After peeling the yam, blanch it to remove the mucus.
