1, soil selection
When planting potatoes, we should choose plots with good lighting conditions, good drainage and convenient irrigation. We can apply completely decomposed farmyard manure to the plots to improve the soil.
2. Seed treatment
Before planting potatoes, put them in a scattered light environment to wait for germination, then cut the germinated potatoes into blocks, and ensure that there are one or two bud points on each block. The wound should be disinfected with plant ash to avoid infection with germs.
3. Bury and plant
Put the processed potato pieces in the soil with a spacing of about 15 cm, then cover the soil with a thickness of about 10- 15 cm, water them in time after planting, and keep the soil in a moist state, so that it can germinate and grow after a period of time.
4, the later maintenance
After potatoes grow seedlings, they need to apply a thin fertilizer once to speed up the growth, and the plants are afraid of strong light. During the growth period, they should avoid direct sunlight to avoid dry leaves and finally affect the quality of fruits. Generally, they are sown in spring and harvested in summer.
