1, prepare some pork belly first. Fat and thin will cut the cleaned pork belly into pieces and put them into a big bowl according to their own preferences.
2. Then add some minced garlic, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion, salt, pepper, spiced powder, fermented grains, bean paste, soy sauce, Chili powder and soy sauce. Fermented wine has the function of removing fishy smell and enhancing fragrance, which is much better than cooking wine. Soy sauce is mainly colored to make the meat look better. Chili powder can be added or not. Anyway, you can add these seasonings according to your own taste, and then grab the meat evenly.
3. Then add some steamed meat powder several times. This steamed meat powder was made by myself with a broken wall machine. It is coarse powder made of glutinous rice and rice in a ratio of 2 to 8. If you feel trouble, you can buy ready-made steamed meat powder directly. Let each piece of meat be wrapped in steamed meat powder for later use.
4. Then prepare some vegetables for the base. I use taro here. You can choose the variety of vegetables according to your preference. Then put the taro under the steaming bowl, spread the meat on the taro and steam for 70 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onion after cooking and serve delicious.
