Taihe flat noodles are delicious, thick, spicy but not dry, oily but not greasy, and become the characteristic pasta in Taihe County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province.
The production process of Taihe board face is complex, with high requirements for raw materials and too high labor intensity! These are all factors that restrict the promotion of Taihe board face in the whole country! In addition, many people who come to Taihe to learn board skills are impetuous and eager to achieve success. There is no systematic study and long-term practice on the core techniques of Taihe noodles, such as cooking noodles oil, traditional hand-kneading noodles, mixing soup, throwing noodles, and cold dishes with noodles! Most learners have only learned a little about Taihe board, but they have not got a true biography! I am eager to open a shop to make money, which makes the Taihe board specious. But it's funny to everyone, because few people in Anhui know about beef noodles, and there are not so many people who like to eat them, because in Anhui, they all eat mutton noodles, and I don't know why it became beef noodles in the north. Even driving a luxury car to eat noodles in Hebei has long been a unique landscape in many places.

Anhui noodles, also known as Taihe noodles and Taihe mutton noodles, are special snacks in Taihe County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, and are named after being beaten on the chopping board. Some people say that authentic Anhui noodle shops are run by people from Hebei, and some people say that Anhui has no noodle shops at all ... Whatever, anyway, I am an authentic Baoding person who loves to eat noodle dishes!
As for why noodles are more common in Hebei, I personally think that people in Hebei are delicious, and many people in other places are willing to try it. When beef noodles are in Anhui, they are still mutton noodles, but they will be accepted by more people when they are replaced by beef noodles in the north, so the noodles originating in Anhui are continuously improved in Hebei, which is accepted and deeply loved by more and more people! Second, the price of the board is too close to the people! A bowl of ordinary noodles is around 5 yuan, and a large bowl of noodles, with meat, vegetables and soup. By contrast, a donkey meat in Baoding is burned around 8 yuan, and a rice covered with one meat and two vegetables is around 10 yuan. Such a comparison is indeed the most cost-effective on the board! I have lived in Xi 'an for almost 30 years. I came to Xi 'an when I was a child. I am a native of Taihe, Anhui Province. Every time I go home, I eat noodles at the intersection of Dongguan. It tastes delicious, and I have eaten them in Xi 'an. In the past, there was a Taihe Noodles in Xi 'an No.1 Middle School, which was closed for three times. I found another one in Fengdeng North Road and the north of Xidian Hospital. There were many people every day, but it was closed for a few months. Taihe Noodles was really delicious.
The best food is the noodles, which are better than those of Lamian Noodles, Regan Noodles and Huimian Noodles, such as small noodles and egg noodles. Everything should be delicious. Our Nanyang Xinye flat noodles in Henan Province are famous.
There are too many shops and too many fakes. Many of them are particularly unpalatable, and an authentic Taihe beef noodle is also made and hung. These people probably have never even been to Taihe. The reputation was destroyed in this way.
I'm from Zhejiang, and I think the noodles are the best in the world. I've only eaten them in Shanghai a few times.
At present, the board faces are all based on efficiency, and the noodles are all made by machines. The noodles used are all semi-finished products from wholesale, and there is no soul of the board faces. Some of the board faces are crowded because they are faster and the prices are reasonable.
