Method for making crispy dried radish
1. Cut into thick pieces of about one centimeter, then cut into zigzag, and don't cut it off.
2. Then hang it on a hanger and dry it in a ventilated place. I left it on the balcony for about ten days, and it's almost ready. Two big radishes, that's it. Wash with cold boiled water to remove dust and squeeze out water.
