2 Eat more protein-rich foods, such as lean meat, chicken, fish and so on. Also eat more high-vitamin foods, high-vitamin foods with dark fresh vegetables and fruits, such as green leafy vegetables, cabbage, carrots, onions, tomatoes, eggplants, yams, jujubes, oranges and so on. Eat less stimulating food, avoid tobacco, alcohol, cold and other damage to the stomach.
3The diet of gastric patients should be warm, soft, light, vegetarian, fresh, so that the stomach often have food and gastric acid to neutralize, thus preventing erosion of the gastric mucosa and ulcer surface and aggravate the condition.
