(1) Jasmine scented tea includes all scented teas baked by jasmine flowers. Among them, there are no fewer than 20 or 30 kinds of details, among which "Mengshan Clouds" and "Mengshan Fairy Products" are the best, followed by "Huangshan Fengmei", "Huangshan Fairy Fog", "Double Plum Blossom", "Double Pit Tea Bud", "Old Bamboo Generosity" and "Iron Leaf Generosity". Some of these fragrant teas have also been used as tributes, and they were made by the Huai and Huai Dynasties. As for the elegant names of these four words, they are only the introduction of tea shops to customers, and in fact, the experts have another short name. That is, the buyer only said how much a catty of Longjing or fragrant tablets was needed, and there was no name.
(2) Zhulan green tea loses its tea flavor after cellar processing, but it only feels bitter without scenting, and Zhulan tea can slow it down. This kind of tea is sold to some lovers, which is not the preference of ordinary people. Zhulan tea is called "Lanjiao" in tea shops, including "Lanjiao Rock Top", "Lancuoe Emei" and "Lanjiao Baozhu", with ten or twenty names. Known as "Lianrui" by Beijing people, what is written on the tea board in the teahouse is just a name in Zhulan tea. Zhulan tea is light in color, not Longjing tea, nor vegetarian tea. People who are not meditating can't tell the difference.
(3) Wuyi Black Tea Black tea is a kind of cooked tea. Drinking it in winter can dispel cold and warm the abdomen. This kind of tea is disliked by people in old Beijing, and it is extremely rare in ordinary families. Since the European wind spread to the east, black tea has been available in dance halls and cafes, and in western restaurants, black tea has replaced coffee, and sometimes milk and sugar have been added, so black tea has gone "lucky", black tea has been available in tea shops, and black tea has been prepared in new families, but people who have morning tea and evening wine are disdainful. Tieguanyin and Shangxia Rock Tea are the best black teas, followed by Longxu, Baihao, Hongshou, Jiuqu Junmei, Osmanthus fragrans Red Eyebrow, Dahongpao, and Hongyulu, and some are made into tea balls or tea bundles, such as Shuixian Dragon Ball.
(4) Longjing Green Tea Shop takes the word "red and green scented tea" as the call, red refers to black tea, and green refers to Longjing and Lu 'an plain tea.
Longjing tea is named after the West Lake Longjing, but Longjing is only one hectare in size. How many tea trees can there be? That is, you may not be able to drink real Longjing near the West Lake, not to mention thousands of miles away, and a few dollars can buy a catty! Tea shops call Longjing "Dragon Tea", which is more practical. According to the classification, the best is "Chaodeng Dragon Tea", followed by "West Lake Longjing", "Gonglong before the Ming Dynasty" and "Gonglong at the vernal equinox". There are still green teas such as "Biluo in Dongting", "Looking around and climbing needles", "Liu 'an plum slices", "Liu 'an needle sway" and "Liu 'an spring tea", and the last one is "Daguangliao".
(5) Chrysanthemum is the authentic flower tea in all kinds of flower tea tea shops, including "Gongju", "Huang Ju" and "Baiju", which are collectively called tea chrysanthemum, which is different from that sold in pharmacies. In addition, "Dendrobium huoshanense" is also included in the scented tea, but its value is high, and many of them are not prepared. There are other kinds of scented tea, such as Citrus sinensis, Wild Rose Tea, Sangding Tea, mulberry bud Tea, Kuding Tea, Rose and Anhua Gongjian. As for the jasmine and pearl orchids in cellar tea, they are also called scented tea. In recent years, the "tortoiseshell flower" was first introduced into tea in Suzhou, and gradually spread to the north. Tortoiseshell flower has become a must-have in today's tea shops.
(VI) Pu 'er Tea The Pu 'er tea, which used to flourish in the past and declined in the present, is produced in Pu 'er in Yunnan, and there are many kinds, among which "Mansong Bud Tea" is the best, followed by "Mansong Pu 'er". Its packaging system is different from that of ordinary tea. It is named "Seven Star Cake" for tea cakes, "Pu 'er Brick" for tea bricks, "Pu 'er Cream" for tea cream, and "Pu 'er Cluster" for tea balls. The big one weighs 100 taels, and the small one can be called "Pu 'er Cluster" sporadically. Drinking Pu 'er tea must be decocted, and sometimes ginger slices are added, which is a necessary product for frontier travel.
Tea leaves are selected manually after being picked in the producing area. Black tea has to go through the procedures of frying, drying and steaming, and the coldness of tea is completely cleaned. Other scents of tea and green tea are shipped directly to other places after a little processing. The so-called double scents are steamed with jasmine flowers after they are sold, and the number of flowers should be proportional to the tea, neither too much nor too little. The cellar is baked for a certain time, about one pair of hours (24 hours), and then it is opened. If it is not timely, it will taste bad, and if it is a little out of date, it will smell bad, that is, the fragrance is extremely smelly.
