How to make Bitter Gourd Stir-fried Tomato and Egg ?
Wash the bitter melon, cut it in half, scoop out the flesh, and then cut it into slightly thicker (5mm) slices. Make sure to remove the white part inside the bitter melon, otherwise it will affect the taste. Cut the tomatoes into fans.
Put the olive oil and garlic in a pan on medium heat. Sauté the bitter gourd first, until it is 80% ripe, then add the tomatoes and sauté until they are 90% ripe.
