ingredients
Small pieces of butter
Two eggs
2 slices of bread
1 cup (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
First, boiled eggs
1, put a large pot on the stove, and then turn to medium heat. Find a pot that can hold at least 2 pieces of bread and add a little space on the side. Put the pan on the stove, set it to medium fire, and then preheat the burner for about 1 min.
The more rooms you have, the more difficult it is to flip eggs and make sandwiches.
2. Grease a warm pot with butter. Grab a pinch of butter and spread it on the bottom and sides of the pot with a knife. Make sure to coat the whole egg so that it won't stick to the bottom, otherwise it will be difficult to turn the egg in the future.
If there is no butter, you can also use olive oil cooking spray.
3. Stir 2 eggs in a bowl. Cut 2 large eggs into small bowls, and then mix them together with a fork or eggbeater until smooth. Make sure there are no eggshell pieces in your eggs, or your sandwich may be crispy.
4. Pour the eggs into the pot. Pick up a bowl of eggs and carefully pour them into a warm pot so as not to spill anything on the way. When the eggs start to cook, you may hear a hiss in the pot, but it is a good sign!
If the pan starts to smoke, please turn down the heat.
5. Add 2 pieces of bread to the pot and spread bread on the eggs. Take a piece of bread, soak one side in the egg, then turn it over and put it in the egg at the top of the pan. Pick up the second piece of bread and soak it in the egg, then put it in the pot under the first piece of bread. At the end, you will turn another piece of bread upside down to make a sandwich, which is why they need to be arranged like this.
You can use any bread that you think can go with eggs.
Second, fold the sandwich
1 When the egg is hard enough, turn the egg and bread over. After the egg is boiled into a solid block, slide the spatula under the side of the egg and put it under the slice of bread. Quick action, turn the eggs and bread pieces over completely and cook the other side.
This part may be a bit tricky. If you accidentally fold the eggs, just spread them out again with a spatula and put them flat in the pot.
2. Sprinkle chopped cheese on the bread. You can use sliced cheddar cheese or slice it yourself. Sprinkle some pieces of bread on the eggs. These slices will now be under the eggs, so please look for the outline of the bread to see their exact position in the pot.
Cheese will add a little sticky flavor to your sandwich, so don't back down!
3. Fold the edge of the egg onto the slice of bread. Pick up the spatula and slide it under one side of the egg. Turn the edge of the egg that is not on the bread so that it is covered with cheese, and then do the same for the other edge. Finally, you should grow a rectangle below, with eggs, cheese, more eggs and bread on it.
The egg may crack a little when it is turned over, but it's good.
4. Turn one piece of bread over and make a sandwich on the other. Slide the spatula under a piece of bread. Turn it over and put it on another piece of bread to make a flat sandwich with eggs between the two pieces.
If we are lucky, the eggs will stay in the bread! If not, please use a spatula to sc it out of the pot and put it back in the sandwich.
5. Put the sandwich on the plate and cut it in half to serve. Slide the sandwich off the pan and put it on the plate with a scraper. If necessary, cut the diagonal in half and dig out a layer of eggs and cheese.
These sandwiches are very easy to make. You can bake bread and boil eggs at the same time.
