Among Quzhou specialties, there are Prince Fairy Tofu, Ke Cheng Sturgeon Dried, Quzhou Sesame Cake, Shao Yongfeng Sesame Cake, Du Ze Enema, Longyoufa Cake, Jinxi Grouper, Majin Tofu King and Shanfen Meatballs. There are also some famous local teas, such as Changshan Yin Hao, Quzhou Youlu Tea and Hua Kai Ding Long. Qu [qú] city, called Quzhou or Ke Cheng or Xin 'an in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. Located in the west of Zhejiang Province, at the source of Qiantang River, on the edge of Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces, with a land area of 8504.69 square kilometers and a total water area of 339.86 square kilometers. By the end of 2022, Quzhou has two districts, 1 county-level city, 3 counties, 100 towns (streets) and 1 482 administrative villages. By the end of 2022, the permanent population of Quzhou City was 2.29 million.
