How to make sushi donuts ?

Soak white glutinous rice for a few hours beforehand and cook it with rice.

Mix with sushi vinegar, sugar and salt while still hot.

Prepare a donut mold by lining the bottom with plastic wrap, spreading a layer of rice, a layer of meat floss, a bit of ketchup, and another layer of rice to cover. You can wear disposable gloves and stick some cool water on it.

Remove the mold, decorate and enjoy!

Decorating can be done according to what you have at home.
