Materials
Four, two grams of yeast
Method
1. Dissolve two grams of yeast with warm water and a small spoonful of salt. Make a well with flour, pour in fermented water, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and rise until it doubles in size. Take a spoonful of white flour and knead it into the dough to make a sour dough. This will become a semi-risen dough. This way it tastes more fragrant and chewy (you don’t have to bake the dough);
2. Grip the dough into balls, roll it into a round cake, flatten it and let it rest for 20 minutes, use a toothpick to poke some small pieces. holes (poke both front and back);
3. After the pan is heated, reduce to low heat, add the dough, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then flip over and cook for another five minutes until cooked through .
