How to eat live crabs?
There are three ways to eat: first, tie it up and steam it with water, with or without salt in the water, depending on your taste. Second, tie it up and cook it in water. Add salt to the same water without salt, depending on everyone's taste. Third, cut into pieces after the water is boiled, and stir-fry with onion, ginger, garlic or other ingredients (suitable for small crabs). For the first two kinds, it is recommended not to put other condiments, otherwise there will be no fresh flavor of live crabs.
