Tools/materials: a cuttlefish, a pinch of shrimp skin, a handful of fungus, an oyster mushroom, a tomato, two cloves of garlic, ginger, a fresh product, salt, soy sauce and raw flour.
1, soak cuttlefish for one night, and keep the soaked water.
2. Slice cuttlefish, slice tomatoes and tear small pieces of Pleurotus ostreatus.
3. Dry fungus soaked in advance.
4. Chop garlic and ginger.
5, put oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic to saute, add cuttlefish sticks, dried shrimps, fungus and Pleurotus eryngii. Pour the soaked cuttlefish juice into the pot, add tomatoes, add fresh flavor, soy sauce and salt, and simmer for flavor. Finally, pour in raw flour juice to thicken it, and add tail oil to thicken it out of the pot.
6. Cook the noodles, add the juice and stir well.
