Radish seeds, onions and buckwheat heads cannot be fried with white wine. There is water in the wine. Stir fry with oil. Wash the radish and cut it into small pieces. Cut the buckwheat head into sections. Put the onions and radishes into the oil pan heated by high fire. Turn to medium heat and stir-fry until the radish is a little brown. Add buckwheat head, stir-fry until even, and add a little soy sauce, sugar and salt. Turn off the fire and serve.
