The Book of Food
The legend of this book was written by a man named Ho Choi in the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. This is a Yangzhou cuisine cookbook made by Qing people, which belongs to a set of hand-copied cookbooks mainly extracted from various places. Leisure Accidental Mail is a famous book, and it is said that some recipes of Tiaoding Collection are taken from it. But more famous is its author Li Yu, who not only writes books (a large number), but also plays scripts (operas), and can also edit, such as Jin Ping Mei, mustard seed garden and The History of the Three Kingdoms, all of which have been corrected or revised by him. Compared with the above books, this book by Yuan Mei, a Qing dynasty, is more famous.
