Garlic and Rosemary Oven Baked Shrimp Directions
Required Ingredients: 10 shrimp; 8 cloves of garlic; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. rum; 1/4 tsp. rosemary; 1/4 tsp. black pepper; 2 tbsp. olive oil
Steps:
Wash shrimp and leave heads on, use scissors to cut the backs of the shrimp from the head to the tail, and use the tip of the scissors to pick out the black threads of the shrimp
Use a knife to gently slice open the shrimp body, be careful not to cut
With the back of the knife, gently pat the shrimp body to unfold
Garlic cloves chopped, put into a bowl, add rum, rosemary, black pepper, salt, olive oil
Baking tray lined with tinfoil, put the shrimp, and then evenly coated with the garlic seasoning on shrimp, marinated for 10 minutes, 5 minutes in advance of preheating the oven (Grants light-wave oven can be free of preheating direct)
